E-Verify is mandatory for some employers, such as those employers with
federal contracts or subcontracts that contain the Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) E-Verify clause and employers in certain states.

The Finishing Touch E-Verify Program
NOTICE: Federal law requires The Finishing Touch Janitorial Service to
verify the identity and employment eligibility of all persons hired to
work in the United States. The Finishing Touch Janitorial Service will
provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s
Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. See posters below for details.
